Your inputs and outputs
Only upload materials you own or have permission or another lawful basis to use. A model's ability to generate an image does not establish permission to use a person, brand, artwork or other protected material. AI output may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection in every jurisdiction.
MotionSmooth does not claim ownership of your pre-existing input rights. Any rights available in outputs remain subject to applicable law, provider terms and third-party rights. We do not guarantee that a generated result is cleared for commercial use.
Submit a report
Email support@motionsmooth.com with the subject Copyright report. Identify the protected work, the exact content or URL at issue, your contact details, your relationship to the rights owner and a concise explanation of the alleged infringement. Include a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized and a statement that the information is accurate. If acting for another person, describe your authority.
Please do not send sensitive identity documents unless we explain why they are needed. A vague reference to an entire site may not identify the material we need to investigate. Knowingly false reports can harm others and may have legal consequences.
Review and response
We may request more information, restrict access while reviewing, notify the affected account where appropriate, or take other action required by law. Relevant report details may be shared with the affected party or legal advisers when necessary for the process. We may restrict repeat or serious infringers, with a route to contact support about errors.
This email route is not a claim that we have registered a statutory DMCA agent. Any jurisdiction-specific notice or counter-notice process will be handled according to applicable law. Contact support if you believe your content was restricted in error.
