Prohibited content and conduct
Do not create, upload, request or distribute child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, threats, targeted harassment or content that promotes violence or hatred against protected groups. Do not use the service to facilitate terrorism, serious violence, fraud or other unlawful acts.
Do not impersonate someone deceptively, fabricate evidence, create misleading endorsements, or use a person's likeness or voice without necessary consent or another lawful basis. Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or publicity rights. Do not submit stolen credentials, private records or other sensitive data you are not authorized to process.
Do not attack, overload or bypass service safeguards, rate limits, account controls, payment checks or provider restrictions. Do not use stolen payment methods, create accounts to evade restrictions, or resell access without authorization.
Responsible publication
Review every output before using it. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, biased, misleading or similar to existing material. Provide disclosures where your audience, platform or applicable law requires them. Do not present synthetic media as verified evidence of real events or people. You remain responsible for your use and distribution.
Provider rules and enforcement
The selected model provider's applicable restrictions also govern generation. A request may be rejected or reviewed. We may restrict content or accounts when reasonably necessary and may preserve relevant records or report unlawful activity where required or permitted by law.
We do not promise that every unsafe output is detected automatically. Report concerns or appeal a restriction to support@motionsmooth.com with the relevant job ID, URL and context. Confirmed failed jobs follow the credit-restoration policy; enforcement does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
