This is our current support and privacy contact. We have not published a guaranteed response time or 24/7 support service.
Help us investigate
For a generation issue, include the job ID, selected model, approximate time and a brief description of what happened. For billing, include the order reference if available. A screenshot may help, but remove information that is not needed.
Never send your password, API keys, full payment-card number or identity documents in an initial email. We may request proportionate account verification before disclosing or changing personal information.
Privacy and content concerns
To request access, correction, export or deletion of personal data, use the subject Privacy request and describe what you need. To report unlawful content, impersonation or a rights violation, identify the specific content or URL and your relationship to it. See our Privacy and Copyright pages for details.
